Returns / Refunds

 

Please note that we only accept returns if they are in their original sealed state and have been unused.  All orders are double checked prior to dispatch therefore ensuring goods sent are of the highest quality. Refunds will not be given to customers who cannot operate the device even though instructions have been provided.

 

All returns are the responsibility of the customer and we only accept items back in their original unused state. All item returned to us must be securely sent back to us in their original packaging. If any of the products are defaced and not fir for resale, we will deny a refund. All costs associated with return of the item(s) are the responsibility of the customers and must be returned to the address provided.
