Delivery Times

For all our customers we try to dispatch orders the same day up to 3pm, not including weekends. We use express shipping to ensure your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.  You will be notified when your item has been dispatched via email.

 

If I order is required very urgently, for whatever reason, for example a birthday or other special occasion, please let us know and we will endeavour to get you order dispatched as soon as possible if circumstances permit.

 

Our aim is to provide fast efficient delivery of your goods to you but unfortunately we cannot be responsible for mail systems for different countries.  If there are delays in you receiving your item, the delay is not due to ourselves but the postal service. Please be patient when waiting for your item(s) as sometimes delays do occur.
